Polfish 2024

We made a lumpfish salad we offered to guests at Polfish 2024.

First we made an oil infused with spices and herbs we soaked our small chopped lumpfish pieces in. After being marinated in this oil we added some garlic, lime zest, lemon oil and fresh herbs, mixed it all together and served with crackers!
